Yes. Our classes are structured such that a student can pursue both martial arts at the same time. Many of our students find this a great combination of striking and grappling.

Both Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu welcome people of all ages. We have students that are 7 years old to students in their late 50’s. All are welcome.

We suggest you attend 2 or 3 classes per week. For BJJ and TKD, most people find that this will allow them to progress in their knowledge and skills at a pace that suits them. You are welcome to attend more if that is your preference.

Yes. We have new students starting every day. Classes are also grouped according to belt age level to provide for greater camaraderie. We maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all students.

All students are encouraged to spar (TKD) or roll (BJJ). This allows you to put into practice the techniques you are learning against someone who is both trying to defeat your technique and simultaneously trying to execute their own technique. In BJJ, we follow strict safety protocols such as honoring the tap to ensure rolling is done as safely as possible. In TKD, students are required to wear protective gear and also are strictly supervised. This reduces the chance of injury though accidents do sometimes happen.
