Im 45 and my daughter is 11.. I used to do this when I was younger and now im totally out of shape but back at it.. did my first class today with my daughter.. the instructor is great and knows his shit.. he teaches the right way not the weak way.. To be the best one must first become the best self that one can be and he pushes you towards that direction. I love this form of karate that he teaches plus there is jujitsu and wrestling if one wanted to do that. This school teaches real world situations fighting and defense not everyone gets a participation trophy just for showing up.. If you want real karate and real results then come try it out. They do offer a free class..
